Prospective Coaches and Team Officials

get a head start on certifications for 2015-16 season

Get a head start on completing the requirements for team official certification in advance of the 2015-16 season. Below is a list of courses/certifications that can be completed on-line any time.

Respect in Sport (RIS) - is an on-line course that is required for all coaches, managers, safety people, on-ice helpers. Recertification is required every four years. To complete the RIS course click here

Hockey Canada Safety Program (HCSP)  is required every three years for all team safety people (minimum one per team). To complete Hockey Canada Safety Programs click here

Police Information Check and Voluntary Disclosure Form are required annually for all team officials, volunteers, staff and directors. To complete the Police Information Check click here. To complete a Volunteer Disclosure Statement click here

Coach 2 (Hybrid) is for coaches of Hockey 1-4, Atom and Peewee to Juvenile C teams. It is a combination of an on-line module and an on-ice session. The on-line module can be taken at any time and must be completed in advance of the on ice session. On-ice session will be schedule in the Fall.
