KidSport North Shore (www.kidsportcanada.ca) is participating in “Sports Day in Canada’s” Open House, sponsored by North Van Rec, on Saturday, September 18 at the Grant Connell Tennis Centre from 10 – 4.

As part of the activities, KidSport North Shore is holding a Used Sports Equipment Sale with all sales proceeds helping families on the North Shore that need financial assistance – so all kids can play!.

Do you have any used sports equipment that your kids have outgrown or no longer need, such as skates, skis, soccer and rugby boots, hockey equipment and sticks, tennis, badminton and squash racquets, balls, jerseys, bikes, etc.?

They are accepting donations from September 13 to Friday, September 17. The 2 drop off locations are:

Grant Connell Tennis Centre
280 Lloyd Ave., North Van (south of Marine Drive across from ICBC Claim Centre)
Sept 13-17: 8:00 am–8:00 pm
