For returning players who don't need more information -
Atom hockey is for players born in 2008 and 2009.
We accept new players in this program but strongly encourage players be able to skate well.
There are two programs available to Atom players
1. Rep Hockey
Players with high skill levels and a desire to play hockey at a competitive level are encourage to tryout for a rep team. At Atom there are three rep teams - A1, A2 and A3. Atom Rep teams have two weekday morning practices one at 5:45 am and one at 6:45 am. Teams also have one game (either home or away) per week. Additional team skill development sessions and weekend tournaments will be required. There are additional fees for rep program participation.

2. C Hockey
Players who are interested in a less competitive but still structured environment or players who are new to hockey are encouraged to play C Hockey. Atom C teams have two weekday morning practices one at 5:45 am and one at 6:45 am. Teams also have one game (either home or away) per week. Teams may enter tournaments.
C players are assessed in early September prior to the season starting, to ensure teams are balanced and representative of the overall skill level of the players in the division as per PCAHA rules.
Teams are assigned and regular ice times start in mid- late September after the assessment session. Team ice times are selected by the head coach.

Atom C Practice Times - will be chosen by the head coach. times are Monday to Friday at 5:45am or 6:45am at either Ice Sports North Shore, Karen Magnusen, Harry Jerome.
Skill Development/Pond Hockey
Days and times are to be confirmed based on registration numbers
Registration is closed for 2018-19 season.
Registration for the 2019-20 season will begin in April 2019.
NVMHA accepts cash cheque or credit card payments.
Installment payments are available as follows until June 30

Post dated cheques for all installments must be received within in 7 days or registration.

Please make cheques payable to NVMHA and drop in the NVMHA mailbox at Ice Sports North Shore (ice level inside the sliding doors. Please record your child's name and division on the cheque.
We accept Visa MasterCard and American Express. All credit card payments will incur a 2% credit card processing fee. For credit card installment payments, the entire processing fee is charge on the initial payment.
Additional fees may be levied for returned cheques.
