For those who opted into the 2023-24 season’s inaugural Volunteer Commitment Program, here’s what you need to know to close out the season:

  1. You will receive an email by the end of March from the “U15 Division Director” email notifying you if you’ve “COMPLETED” your commitment, or “INCOMPLETE” meaning we don’t have record of you fulfilling your shifts, or exempt role.
  2. If you haven’t entered all your shifts, or exempt role, please do so ASAP. Here’s the link on our volunteer page at

COMPLETE: If your player(s) is returning to NVMHA for the 2024-25 season, we will apply a credit to your Team Snap registration for the upcoming season and it will carry forward to fulfill your Volunteer Commitment Deposit for next season.

Should your player not be returning to NVMHA for the 2024-25 season, please fill this short form out to request a refund.

INCOMPLETE: Any players who have not fulfilled the Volunteer Commitment Program requirements for 2023-24, the deposit will not be returned and will be kept in a separate fund to pay personnel to cover volunteer shifts throughout the season, and support NVMHA player initiatives. The deadline for submitting volunteer shifts is April 12, 2024.
